Abstract

The digital code is a specific text, a special law which governs the digital field in the DRC. However, despite its entry into force, more than a year ago, there is a continuity of impunity in the cybercriminal area very often caused on the one hand, by the abstention of the text itself to determine the procedure through which cybercrimes should be prosecuted and on the other hand, by the inexperience of the bodies authorized to prosecute these cybercrimes and by the organizational or even logistical inadequacy with regard to the requirements of the repression of cybercrime.
