Abstract

The heritage of the minor child is a threatened “kingdom” that needs another “king”. The first managers of the minor's assets are his father and mother. The law recognizes them a right of enjoyment as a particular kind of usufruct on the personal property of their minor child. The establishment of a direct external of this administration seems to be necessary; however the rights resulting from legal enjoyment come into conflict with the duties of representation and reduce the interest of such control.

Keywords

Legal enjoyment legacy parental authority representation maintenance.
